  • Yes! We offer free mobile service within the Lakeland, FL region at no additional charge! (Of course, we also offer in-shop service at our shop, conveniently located near the Lakeland airport.)

  • Our Free Mobile Service area is approximately 20 miles from Lakeland, FL. In many cases further is possible with a small mobile service fee. If you are uncertain we would be happy to check.
  • Do you work with insurance?
  • Yes! We will work directly with your insurance company. Please call us and we will gladly get the process started for you.
  • Do I have to pay a deductible if I go through insurance?
  • Florida policies with comprehensive coverage do not require a deductible payment from you, but please verify coverage with your policy first.
  • How soon can I get scheduled?
  • In most cases we can schedule you for the next business day. Occasionally same-day service is possible, depending on part and schedule availability.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
  • Absolutely! We offer a lifetime guarantee to the original vehicle owner against any installer or manufacturer defects.
  • How long will my repair take?
  • Most replacements take about 1 hour. Most chip repairs take about 30 minutes.
  • Do you transfer current stickers on windshields?
  • Yes! In most cases we can transfer toll stickers, inspection stickers, parking permits and service stickers to the new windshield. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer aftermarket tinting.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo.
  • What other services do you provide?
  • We also offer side-view mirror glass replacement as well as window regulator replacement services.
